- Due to flooding conditions in the Harrisburg area, Pennsylvania Game Commission Executive Director Carl G. Roe today announced that the public drawing to award elk licenses, which was scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, has been postponed. A new date will be announced early next week.
